Sima Patel, MD is a board certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist. Dr. Patel attended and graduated the St. George’s University School of Medicine withhonors. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota. She specializes in Botox/Chemo denervation for spasticity, migraines, TMJ pain, cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, ultrasound guided joint andperipheral nerve injections, trigger point injections. Her interests include Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Amputee Rehabilitation, Frontotemporal dementia.
