Our weight management service is available to patients in all 50 states.
We understand things happen. If you miss an appointment, we can work with you to get you rescheduled for another available slot. However, if you miss more than two consecutive appointments, we will have to cancel your subscription without a refund as this goes directly to the providers for the time that was set apart for you.

No. Although our providers will write the prescription and order any labs necessary, you will have to pay directly for those via self-pay or your insurance.
