Part of this diagnostic process can include a neuropsychological assessment, where various symptoms are evaluated using psychometric tests. This neuropsychological testing, combined with a clinical interview that catalogues the time frame and symptomatic presentation, contribute towards establishing a diagnosis of ADHD.
There are many treatment options for ADHD, and what works best may depend on an individual basis. Types of treatment for ADHD often include medications and behavioral therapy. When children are diagnosed with ADHD, this behavior therapy can also include training for parents or caretakers. Medications are not included in the subscription cost. If your provider deems it appropriate to prescribe medication, they will send the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. The cost of the medication will be paid directly to the pharmacy. If you have insurance, you can use your insurance to cover eligible medications this way.
We understand things happen. If you miss an appointment, we can work with you to get you rescheduled for another available slot. However, if you miss more than two consecutive appointments, we will have to cancel your subscription without a refund as this goes directly to the providers for the time that was set apart for you.
