Heather Gerrish, PA-C, RD, CDCES

Heather is clinically trained as a Physician Assistant with advanced training in adult endocrinology at Yale and UCSF Fresno. Heather brings a multidisciplinary background shaped by her earlier work as a Dietitian and Diabetes Educator. Her efforts focus on expanding access to high-quality diabetes care, with particular attention to the integration of technology in managing type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Heather’s work reflects a commitment to bridging clinical practice with health equity in advancing compassionate,technology-enabled care.
