David Farr is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over a decade ofexperience in urology, emergency medicine, and telemedicine. David has a Master of Science in Nursing, with RN First Assist Certification from the University of Alabama School of Nursing (2011) and dual Bachelor’s, degreesin Nursing (2008) and Biology (2008), alongside a Bachelor’s, degree in Chemistry (2004), from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. David has a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, and excels in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across diverse healthcare settings.
