Joining your Telehealth Visit on Our New Platform
1. Click the link!
You will receive a telehealth link via text and/or email for your upcoming appointment, 24 hours prior to your visit.
3. Click “Join call”
Note: Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
4. Joining with Zoom
You can join through the Zoom App (preferred method)

Click “Join from your browser”
5. Make a payment
If a copay, co-insurance or deductible is required, payment will need to be made on the platform before joining your telehealth visit.
By participating in this telehealth appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, or deductible amounts associated with this visit, as determined by your health insurance plan.
- Payment are required at the time of service
- If your insurance denies coverage or only partially covers the cost, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
