Biography

Linda Lazar, DO is a board-certified Rheumatologist with several years of experience. She has a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lazar went onto do an internal medicine residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida, with subsequent fellowship training in Rheumatology at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami. Dr. Lazar has proficiency in joint injections, joint aspiration, and use of disease modifying antirheumatic and biologic medications for the treatment of chronic rheumatic conditions.

Dr. Lazar has been in practice for seven years with expertise in gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, vasculitis and connective tissue disease. Dr. Lazar currently holds memberships in the American College of Rheumatology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is originally from the Midwest with a love for hiking and biking, and has since relocated to Southern California to continue her love of the outdoors.
