Biography

Ali Myers, PA-C is a physician assistant specializing Infectious Diseases. Ali graduated from the University of California Davis’ Physician Assistant program in 2019. She was trained with a primary care foundation and specialized in solid organ transplant and infectious disease. She worked in organ transplant as well as the hepatology clinic at Scripps Hospital in San Diego, where she provided primary care and acute care services. At Scripps Hospital, Ali was a first and second assist in transplant surgery including donor procurements, and liver, kidney and pancreas transplants. Her transplant experience solidified her expertise in diagnosing and treating the immunocompromised population.

In addition to her clinical practice, she was a research coordinator for a patient study that focused on the immune response against Covid-19 among immunocompromised patients. With her medical expertise, Ali successfully trained multiple Physician Assistant students from all over the country during their clinical year. She has an ample amount of Telehealth experience and she is passionate about increasing access to care for patients through telemedicine services.
