Brief Overview:

The Responsibilities of the Manager of Physician Relations & Clinical Operations is the overseeing of inpatient and outpatient clinical operations.  The role trains and supervises the team of coordinators who perform TeleMed2U’s patient scheduling and daily clinic implementation.  Responsibilities also include physician onboarding, training, and coordinating physician schedules.  As well as liaisons physician and client communication for synchronous and asynchronous service delivery, and ensures optimal, on-going connectivity of all telemedicine equipment and peripherals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and manage Scheduling Coordinators.  
  • Oversight of inpatient and outpatient clinical operations.
  • Physician onboarding, training, & scheduling.
  • Maintains workflows, SOP’s, Physician schedules, and Client Assignments.
  • Proficient on all Telemedicine platforms (EMR, Asynchronous platforms, Synchronous platforms, MaxRVU etc.)  
  • Holds the team accountable to completing tasks within established benchmarks.
  • Serves as the Brand Ambassador of TeleMed2U with Physicians and Client Organizations.
  • Oversees timely completion of In-Patient Billing.
  • Collaborates with Sales to ensure flawless implementation of new services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations management, physician practice or managed care organization (specific experience related to the Company service lines is preferred).  
  • Healthcare Industry knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
