Brief Overview:

The Clinical Operations Supervisor will provide oversight and direction of our clinical operations staff to ensure we attain our operational excellence standards. The responsibilities of Clinical Operations Supervisor are to oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical operations.  The role is also responsible for training and supervising the scheduling team who perform TeleMed2U’s patient scheduling and daily clinic operations. This role will guide and facilitate our team’s productivity by monitoring daily activities, processes, and end of day task assignments. Responsibilities also include training, coordinating staff assignments and schedules. This role serves as a liaison for physician and client communication for synchronous and asynchronous service delivery, and ensures optimal, on-going connectivity of all telemedicine equipment and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educates providers and clinical staff on protocols, policies, procedures, and services to improve overall provider experience.
  • Conducts daily provider schedule audits for correct utilization and coding.
  • Maintains a positive, professional, and amenable relationship with our providers and clinical staff.
  • Escalates issues as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary contact for clinical staff and service as a liaison between the provider and our patients, as well as sales, care coordinators and operations.
  • Receive and respond to internal provider and clinical staff related issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with providers and clinical staff, documenting discussions, and action items researching issues and routing to the appropriate party for resolution.
  • Creates and maintains training manuals (Electronic Binders & Short Cut Sheets).
  • Facilitates set-up, access, and staff training with DrChrono, Zoom, Doxy.me, Teams, Vonage, Slack, and/or any other systems and platforms.
  • Collaborates with Credentialing team regarding provider credentialing status to determine timeline for implementation of services.
  • Maintains Provider email and phone contacts.
  • Oversees, and maintains workflows and provider schedules.
  • Collaborates with Sales to ensure flawless implementation of new services.
  • Oversees and maintains monthly RVU reports on each provider.
  • Oversees inpatient and outpatient clinical operations.
  • Assists as back up to Provider Relations Manager for physician onboarding, training, scheduling and resolves issues with technology or services.
  • Maintains workflows, SOP’s, physician schedules, and Client assignments.
  • Uses creativity and feedback to improve workflows and SOP’s for successful appointment execution.
  • Proficient on all Telemedicine platforms (Electronic Medical Record, Asynchronous platforms, Synchronous platforms, MaxRVU etc.).
  • Holds the team accountable to completing tasks within established benchmarks.
  • Serves as the Brand Ambassador of TeleMed2U with Physicians and Client Organizations.
  • Provides development team with input on workflows and processes to develop new technology or to enhance current technology systems for care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations management, physician practice or managed care organization (specific experience related to the Company service lines is preferred).  
  • Healthcare Industry knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
  • Job is in Roseville, CA and is not a remote opportunity.
  • This is a full-time opportunity Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

Physical Requirements
